Apple Orchard

This is the page description.

We grow our own certified organic apples at Serventi Ranch. While we still farm a few dozen of the original full-size Newtown Pippin trees planted in the 1930s, we replanted 1,000 trees in our valley floor in 2020 at 8 x 14 spacing and another 1,000 trees on our terraces at 8 x 16 spacing in 2025. Replants were done on M7, M111, and G890 rootstock. Our 2025 replants were all bench-grafted on-site.

The majority of apples are sold to a major California juice processor. However, we retain a small percentage for our own hard cider production and for sale to other cider makers.
