Apple Varieties

True to the heritage of the orchard, Serventi Ranch apples are grown for the primary purpose of cider production.  Our sandy clay loam soils matched with cool morning fog and warm afternoon sun provide perfect growing conditions for each of the varieties we produce.  Our apples are all dry-farmed or minimally irrigated, resulting in concentrated flavors, and we are fortunate to have a recurring afternoon breeze to naturally keep the pests at bay; we follow USDA organic practices and are certified organic by CCOF.
